Our guests are taken to a small coffee plantation covering 180 m², inviting them to relax and enjoy.
Our blends come from 100% highland Arabica plantations, cultivated at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1600 meters above sea level, and harvested by hand. To allow the high-quality flavor of our select green coffee beans to unfold, we have opted for the traditionally elaborate yet gentle long-term roasting in a drum roaster. With this method, we guarantee a uniform roasting process until the single blends, after the cracking, have air-cooled, releasing their final aroma compounds.
