Our guests are whisked away to a small coffee plantation on 180 m², which invites them to relax and enjoy.
Our blends (varieties) come from 100% highland Arabica plantations, which are cultivated at an altitude of 800 - 1600 meters above sea level and harvested by hand. To allow the high-quality taste of our exquisite green coffee beans to unfold, we have opted for the traditionally elaborate but gentle long-term roasting process in a drum roaster. With this method, we guarantee a uniform roasting process until the single blends have released their final aromas after cracking in an air-cooled environment.
For us, the harmonious and sustainable treatment of people and the environment is an essential pillar for guaranteeing quality today, but also in the distant future. With a clear conscience, we now leave you our valuable product to let your coffee palate blossom anew.
