Daniel Moser is not only the oldest Viennese coffee house (first mentioned in a document in 1685), but Roman Schärf, the founder and owner of the Daniel Moser Group, is also a pioneer of the „from crop to the last drop“ approach – i.e. from the coffee harvest to the last drop in the cup. Ideal conditions for an informative workshop about beans and drinks! At the workshop you will learn about the different quality criteria, see the roasting and then try your hand at the coffee machines.
