Kasematten - the eventlocation

Anything but ordinary: the historically unique fortifications date back to the 12th century and were extensively renovated in 2019. Since then, the casemates have been one of the most exciting event locations in southern Lower Austria. Conferences in a historical ambience and state-of-the-art architecture create real added value. The completely newly adapted event location offers three separately accessible event areas with over 2,500 m² of event space for up to 900 people and the perfect setting for concerts, congresses, conferences, seminars, weddings and Christmas parties. Two completely contrasting rooms are at your disposal: A multifunctional hall - the "Neue Bastei" - offers the greatest possible flexibility in room design. Plus: daylight and a direct view of the city park. The "Strada Coperta", where the guns used to be mounted, impresses with exciting niches and the south-west tower, which offer beautiful meeting zones for your event.
