The Neukloster
In the refectory and the magnificent library, the unique frescoes by the Baroque painter Johann Wenzel Bergl fascinate. The unique originals that emperors and abbots have collected over generations inspire in the treasury and cabinet of curiosities of the Neukloster. Astonishing and curious things from all over the world combine to form a grandiose whole. The collegiate church with its valuable baroque furnishings also contains a real gem from the 15th century - the tomb of Empress Eleanor of Portugal, the mother of Maximilian I.
